This family owned LLC was formed on 3 Jul 2025 as a "Closed" LLC. Immediately following the formation, it was elected to convert to a S-LLC for tax purposes. A Doing-Business-As(DBA) was submitted but has yet to be approved.

One potential issue is it may be required to register the LLC as a "Foreign LLC" in Colorado if we do manufacturing, sell products, own property, transact business or hold meetings in Colorado. Estimated fees are an initial $299 fee plus $14.99 a month. Foreign registration is not required for Corporations.
